We ship internationally, wherever there are book lovers!
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sales@fairywrengifts.com.
Please remember to check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders since automated mails, such as shipping confirmation and tracking information sometimes end up in there. Add us to your safe contact list so that you can receive timely updates regarding the fulfilment and shipping of your order.
What if I receive a misprinted or damaged item?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly please contact us at sales@fairywrengifts.com. For misprinted/damaged/defective items contact us within 7 days after the product has been received. Our team will look into the order, so please share your order number, detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Item must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
All our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe and they will retain their vibrant colors and glossy finishing.
However, we advise you to wash all enamel mugs manually with gentle and non-abrasive products.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Please make sure to check the sizes listed for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at sales@fairywrengifts.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
