Hello! We're Amra and Erna, the co-founders of FairyWren Gifts! This bookish biz is managed by yours truly and our furry familiars 🐈 from our small workshop in Dubai.

    'We started this journey in 2021, but we've been talking about running our own bookish gift shop for years, ever since the day when we spent hours looking in vain for something special for a dear friend's birthday. We wanted something unusual, humorous, vibrant, quirky, and totally bookish, something that you can't find everywhere - and these were the foundations upon which we founded FairyWren.'

    'Ever since I can remember, books, notebooks, pens - anything that has to do with writing - were my favourite things. When I travel, I make sure to visit the bookshops and to learn about local authors, when I shop for gifts - the bookshop is my first stop, when I have some free time, guess what I do? I love books, I read books, and I write books, and this is what FairyWren is: Unapologetically Bookish.'

    These products were designed by two bookish sisters in collaboration with a professional designer. The whole process was conducted under Mr. Ricky's watchful eye (when not interfering with his 6-hour naps). Inspired by our love of classic literature, nature, coffee, and cats, we created these products with the aim to inspire, brighten your days, and bring you joy. We hope we have succeeded.
